So I kind of like being chauffeured around. I'm thinking that maybe a
driver on retainer wouldn't be such a bad thing. I could be driven to all my appointments, I'd be able to make all the phone
calls and send all the texts I want without worrying about the potential peril I'm putting myself or other drivers in, and
when I go out for dinner and drinks I'd always have a designated driver.
On the other hand, since my own car accident last Saturday - yes, it's
been a rough couple of weeks for the women drivers in my family - I've been at the mercy of family and friends to get from
points A to B. And while it's been a good lesson in graciously accepting help, I haven't particularly loved the limits it's
put on my freedom or my work schedule.
I think we'll have to come up with a better solution while we wait for
the police report to be ready and the other woman's insurance company to do their investigation of my totalled car. Miss Sunshine
has things to do and places to go!
